HELP

XP box using aol to connect to the internet. when the unit is online and the user trys to type an email he notices that the cursor is typing by itself but not random stuff words and sentences like its getting some type of interfearance or transmital to the system from either aol or somewere I need serious suggestions any one got any ideas.
