A few suggestions

by The Scummy One In reply to help

1. Get your big brother to fix the problem.
2. Go to mommy and complain
3. Take it to a shop and have it removed
4. Take it to a police station, and ask the nice experienced officers how to crack into it for free

Everyone knows how to recover the Admin password, so here goes:

1. Remove HDD from PC - avoid taking care ripping it out will work just the same.

2. Remove all the outer sealed casing - A screwdriver normaly suffices. Put it between the line and jam it up.

3. Once you removed all the casing, you have the physical disc. About 16mm from the centre all around the dics is where the password is stored. Using the screwdriver remove that section all the way round.

4. Re-instate the password using Black Premenant ink.

5. Duct tape it all back together (it's a better seal) throw it back in your laptop and voila!

If that don't work take it to your local PC repair and explain exactly the steps you took.

That's only for an XP installations. If it's a Vista installation, the password is approx. 23mm from the center.
