Help Desk

One of my customers currently has a home grown Help Desk program. We need a better system and hopefully a Web based system to enable some of our users to see the status of their requests. We are looking for software and any other ideas to improve our system.

Topdesk helpdesk software

Checkout Topdesk helpdesk software. It is fully ITIL compliant and has a web interface.

Have deployed the Remedy ARS software suite to many of our clients in need of a helpdesk solution with WEB access. The product has a long history and specializes in this area. Top notch!

TrackIt is good, but is not ITIL/MOF/BS15000 compliant.

Magic... :0) It's a nice web based program with asset management features as well as call and work order tracking.
