HELP Domain Move resulting in exchange failure

Heres the rundown:

My company, without consulting the IT staff, transfered our domain from one registar to another resulting in an email/exchange failure.

They have been 4 days without any email.

All the records in the Domain DNS controll pannel seem to be pointing to the right place.

Both my team and my self are out of ideas on what to try to resolve this issue. any thoughts would be much appreciated.
