I belong to a rural area in India. In my college day I was good in programming logic. I developed so many software for college students to submit their college project. I wanted to be that time a software developer. But as I m just graduate in computer science & demand in this field was for b-Tech, BE, or MCA… I can’t continue my study for higher level, as in my community after marriage for a girl it is really tough. I have to do job for endure my life, but again can?t be carrier oriented so much. I did teaching for computer institutes. But I can?t teach school students. Right now I am working with hospitality industry in IT dept. providing support for 100 around computers related to hardware, software, networking. But we have amc for hardware, networking, and for specific software we have their own vendors. For any problem we just communicate to them and do as per their instructions, I think basic work I m doing here is just lodging the complain and preparing the system for users (loading of OS, MS-Office, configure mail, printer). I m very confused for my career. 1 yr I did development, 2 yr around teaching and since last 1 yr in support or is it admin I don?t know?? so I m still in lower management I want to reach ASAP at middle level management. Please guide me what resolution I should set for my career growth. please….
