I run a shop, and we’re facing some challenges with our website’s load times. Since many of you are experts in networking and IT, I thought this would be the perfect place to seek advice.

Sorry, but we can only see the result, and not the way it is produced by the hardware and software running at your hoster. Only you know for what hosting you pay, and only you or your developer knows the innards of your website.
So we can’t help.

If it happens to be a WordPress website, Google for search terms like WORDPRESS INCREASE SPEED .
Or hire a developer with the right experience.
