Help printing outlook events

By alldtoys ·
Does anyone know how I can print out all the events in the outlook calendar with a similar name? Using Win2k & the basic outlook 2000. Example, going back 6 months I have multiple entries in the calendar named JobSearch. each entry has a time and date and an extensive comment. I want to print out all of the entries, with all the detail, including the comments without having to physically open each one to print them individually. Should I have been using a different method to record all these events, something like a journal? Suggestions gladly accepted. if anyone is a Mac person, I have the same information in my MAC OS 10.3 entourage.

Try filtering everything in your calendar. In the Outlook main Window go to View => Current View => Customize Current View and then click the Filter button. In the search for the words field enter "JobSearch" make sure it is set to look in the subject field. Then click on Ok. You will now only be seeing things on your calendar with "JobSearch" in the subject. Simply print the range you need now with the filter applied.

Make sure to clear the filter when you are done.
