Help! Problem with Server 2003 , QuickBooks, and terminal services
I have installed QuickBooks Pro 2003 (5-pack), and am running it through terminal services. Everything works great when I log in as an Admin, but when I log in with a User account, QuickBooks won't run and gives me the following Error Message:
"Your user account for Windows was created with Restricted access to system resources. This will prevent QuickBooks from operating properly. Please contact your system administrator and ask him or her to grant you Standard user rights"
Through my research, it seems that I need to set up a user group that has "power user" rights, but I can't find any way to do this in Server 2003. I have found some tips on doing it in XP or Win2000, but 2003 seems to behave totally different.
My brain is beginning to smoke... Thanks in advance for your help.
