"help" problem

Has anyone seen this? This looks to me like a legitimate issue that needs to be addressed: help is hard to find.

I find it difficult to know how to contact TR with support issues. I went through many of the same gyrations as illilli a few times in the past with someone would post a piece of spam in Discussions. I hate to post an unrelated issue as a comment to one of the TR staffer's blogs. Hopefully some staffer will see this and let us know how to report a problem.

I would bet they figure most people are "beyond" help anyways?
