Help !! Whats realy happening here ???

Hi I stay connected to the internet but unless I have at least five things going at once the page I’m looking at starts from the top and melts downward, and disapears: on the bottom of my screen theres Start-MSN Messinger-Help Com-.Net Me-World Winner-Hotmail-Then you. If I took off the 1rst two you would melt away. Whats realy happening here? I’m in tears with fear.
