I’m migrating from two servers from one AD domain to another. One server is a member server and I don’t think that will be an issue, but the other is a DC that houses DNS and DHCP.
I planned on demoting it to a member server and then using ADMT tomove it and then promote it back to a DC in the new domain. Is this the proper procedure. I realize the DNS zone will be affected but is there anything else I’m missing?
