Help with Class Modules

Hi
Class modules have never been my strength and I hope this will help my understanding.

Say I want to create a criteria for the activecell. ie say the a.cell.value must be -ve & also that left(a.cell.offset(1,0),2) must equal “ha” (just simple text)

I want to create some thing like
If a.cell.HasMyCriteria = TRUe (FALSE) THEN…….(using this in a normal module)

where HasMyCriteria means fulfilling the 2 stipulations above. I want to use a class module to do this
