Help with Fixing Google's Gmail

By BorgInva ·
I know BETA is not very good but things are so and so with Gmail right now. My BIGGEST complaint is that no one contacts me back for help. I post message after message, leave vopice mail after voice mail, and I get no help whatsoever. I am hoping someone here can help me shed some light on this issue.
I use Outlook 2003. Email has been fine up until the other day. Email will not be sent out. I try to do it form the Gmail website itself and it still fails. My Outlook test messages work from TOOLS. I know it is not on my end.

Outlook tells me:
Task 'NAME' - Sending' reported error (0x800CCC0F) : 'The connection to the server was interrupted. If this problem continues, contact your server administrator or Internet service provider (ISP).'

Google's own website tells me:
Oops, sorry try again later.

Can someone please shed some useful light on the subject? My settings have always been what their site says to be for the past year using their 995 and 465 ports.

I am ready to leave their free email service because I get no support from them whatsoever! Plus, when I post a message to them that email is unuseable, a stupid auto thing sends me an email to reply with more info. I hate non-human contact!

If you can help, please let me know.

When Gmail Beta first came out, I got invited, so i took the invitation so that way i could seriously test the service. At the time, no one was offering free email with that amount of space, so i wanted to see what would happen if i filled up my mail box. So I got on my mail server and sent 1000 messages with 1MB attachments. Then I checked my email via www.gmail.com and that is when the website gave me the "oops, sorry tryt again later" in a red Box in the left hand corner. So i emailed gmail tech support and informed them of my doings, it took them 3 months before my gmail account was fixed and working WITH all the emails and attachments. What i suspect is happening is that somehow your account got labled as spam and they are stopping your access from authentication.
So i would email their tech support on your account, there is nothing wrong with your machine, it is all on their end...

Sorry. I ahve sent them one pissed off note after another. 20 total in 2 days off their website and, of course, I only get non-human responses to reply back with more info if their FAQs not help. I can not get any actual help from anyone there and I left one polite vm today and then one nasty one. I am so frustrated with this.

It?s seam to be a server problem, what can bee temporary, (one-two days).
Try again today and tomorrow, if the problem persist, must appear some solution in Google?s site. There are problems what you can anticipate in free services.

I am exactly that and have been all year on all 7 accounts. All 7 will not work through Outlook or their own Gmail site. I still have not heard back from any human over there and I have been unable to use email since Monday early morning.

You may find this forum on Gmail where other users are reporting the same issues of use:

Just as a note, free service means limited or no technical support. The observation that you get what you pay for is applicable.

Nothing in their messages helped me. Actually today, 1/20/06, it all started working again after several fights with them over the phone.
