Help with Outlook Express 6

Hi, I recently set up my outlook express and i just realised that all my emails from my account have been all transfered into outlook express. It is a very big hassle as i cannot access my emails on other computers through the websites. Is there anyway to transfer the emails back into my internet email account? Pleas HELP!!!!
