Currently have TOUCHPAPER as our Helpdesk solution. We are a Novell Netware shop and are happy with Touchpaper’s integration with Groupwise, Zenworks. However, we wish to pursue investigation into other options, especially since we will be going in a SUSE Linux environment. Any suggestions?
