Hi friends pls help me

I was using windows98 and have a Conexant Soft56K PCI(RS56/SP-PCI) modem. This was working properly in windows 98, but when I upgraded it to Windows 2000 then my modem have not been working in windows 2000 due to driver not supported in windows 2000. I found many web sites on internet but failed to use any dowloaded drivers for this modem. My many friends have the same problem, so please any body help me that where is its correct driver located even I tried conexant web sites for this drivers but in vain.Please help me.
