Hibernate/Suspend Disabled

by demosthanese . Updated 18 years, 1 month ago

Anyone know why my hibernate/suspend functions would be greyed out on my shutdown options? They always used to work before. For no apparent reason they have been disabled. How do i go about renabling them? I checked in the power management options and im not seeing where it might be.

Also, i have it set to hibernate when i close the lid of the laptop, but it doesnt do anything. Just stays fully powered up.

Running WinXP Pro SP2
