"Hide From Exchange Address Lists"

By BobbyJGR ·
I have around 200 mailboxes all the users are in there own OU in AD. I need to hide them from the Global Address list in Exchange 2003. I know I can go into each user and check Hide from Exchange address lists but that would take a while. Anyone know how to create a batch file that would do this for me? Again all the users are in there own OU and all there mailboxes are in there own storage group.

To hide the user frm GAL..Just find the user in Active Directory and then goto the Exchange Advanced tab on the users property page. Check the Hide from Exchange Address List check mark.

This will hide the user from GAL..
