Hiding Pathnames on Intranet

By ayon ·
When associates print forms available on our company's intranet, it prints the pathnames of the files and directory structure on the bottom of the page. Is there a way to encrypt or hide pathnames?

I need more information before I can give you an answer. What kind of network are you using? What program do these forms print from?

It may be as simple as a MS Word macro in your document template that puts that information at the bottom of the document. It could also be your print system.

The pathname is being generated by the browser. It is an controlled access Internet site. When people print one of the pages, it prints the path.

Try File/Page Setup. There is an option for what is printed in the footer. Remove the &u.
