Hierarchical Flexgrid

I’m trying to populate a ms hierarchical flexgrid with a relational database. i’m not quite sure how to fill the grid in the way i want. i have two tables, one of them is related to the other in a way that multiple lines from one table correlate to just one line in the first table. i’d like to display the data in such a way that only lines from the first table are displayed until you click the little plus sign or what not to expand to show all lines from the second table that are related. i’m trying to find a way to create hierarchical datasets or recordsets for MS Visual C++ .NET 2003. However, I’ve yet to find a clear example or tutorial on this. If anybody could help out or know some easier way to accomplish this without the ms flexgrid, please let me know. thanks.
