1. I have a user who often works remotely, when the user works offline and comes into the office, and logs into the network, the laptop does not sychronise correctly and remains in the offline mode. Once the user logs off the network, the laptop sychronises with the network and when they next log on they are working online on the network as normal. In short Synchronisation only seems to work when logging off.
2. I went about doing some work on several stations, and I was logged in with my main account wich also has admin permissions (and synchronises the My docs folder) After a couple of machines I realised what was happening, and completed the rest with a different admin account, I have subsequently created a seperate administrator account for myself for such jobs. I tried deleting my profile folder from docs and settings, but whenever a user logs out it still tries to synchronise my files. How can I prevent this?
