I have a computer with Windows XP and on bootup has BSOD with mrxdav.sys error. Microsoft advised me they have a hot fix for this problem and they requested my email address so they could send me a link to this hot fix. It was supposed to take 8 hours and that was 5 days ago.
Does anyone have any suggestions on how to deal with this problem? I can boot the computer in safe mode but it won’t allow me to log on.
