Hotmail Address Display

Is there some way in IE (other than deleting history and cookies) to clear the last-used address in hotmail sign-on fields? (I know there’s a checkbox that says “dont remember my hotmail address”. I want to prevent it completely.) I maintain public access computers and was just wondering if I can keep that form field clear if the browser is left open. Would disabling user persistence take care of this?
