How 2 Cleanup Novell's Border Manager?

By Jhoejhit ·
I have notice that our Novell Proxy(Proxy Server)Server's HDD amount is getting smaller and smaller. Is it posibble to cleanup the system's contents without any proplem on the Proxy Server? Just like with "DISK CLEANUP" for Windows Server.

I also want to delete file on Novell 5 Servers, but I don't know how to do it. Please help...

Thanks,
Jhoejhit

Clear your Cache volumes

by MLevy In reply to How 2 Cleanup Novell's B ...

Part 1:
You need to clear your cache volumes.
To do this unload BM services:
Server: Unload Proxy
Then reload the proxy with the clear cache switch:
Server: Proxy -cc
This will clean up your cache volumes and open up the space you are looking for. You should do this about once a month.

Part 2:
What kind of file are you trying to delete on the Netware 5 box?

Delete folder- Files on the Novell 5

by Jhoejhit In reply to Clear your Cache volumes

I want to delete some folders(files) manually on the Novell 5 server. Instead of deleting it on the network, because it's kind of slow on the network.

If you can help me me also to restore and delete deleted files on the Novell 5 Server, please?
Thanks you very much.
Jojit
