I’ve been exploring different AI solutions to help small businesses automate customer service, and I came across a free conversational AI called Kodexia. It’s a simple chatbot designed to handle repetitive tasks like answering FAQs, collecting leads, and routing customer inquiries.

  I have never had any success dealing with a chatbot so the first thing I type is “speak to an agent”.
  
  It’s as if the ones that create these systems don’t have to use them.
