How can I change My SAMBA server name ?

If your Linux box has a standard setup, there will be a file in /etc called smb.conf.

Open this file with a text editor and look for the line that says NetBios name. Enter the new name, restart the Samba services (or re-boot the computer) and the new name will take effect.
