How can I change the right click menu command from Search to open?

I am having this problem. On the right click menu of floders, etc. Search is the first command. How can I get the Open command to be the first highlited command on the rgiht click menu? Sometimes this is 2 to 3 clicks in depth. I have to right click on the folder, file, etc. then choose open or explore to open the folder, and or file. This is no good.
