How can I disable the address bar in IE?

I need to limit a group of users to one site.
I have a Windows 2000 Server/Professional environment.

I’ve found many items such as Internet Explorer toolbar, as well as defining a home page that can be controlled in Group Policy.

Is it possible to disable the Internet Explorer Address Bar in Group Policy?
