How can I enable Instant Messaging in Ex

I am using Exchange 2000, and did all steps to configure virtual server for instant messaging and also configure service records for RVP protocol,and also enable users for instant messaging.But When I use MSN 3.5 on client side the clients r showingmessage that they r unable to login. Please tell me that how can I establish client side for instant messaging in detail.
