how can i get a picture from a webcam and upload it to salesforce?

I am using media capture to get the image from a webcam, but i dont know how to upload the picture to salesforce controllers. I can get the picture in any format: jpg, png, gif.

The controller is just coding, not data or pictures. You upload the picture to a place where a controller can read it and do with it what it wants.
