With your site just being an ad for your services, I’d say: make it simpler for a tablet and a phone.

And I wonder if the people you target (companies wanting to start or refine a webshop) use a tablet or phone to search a development company more than their laptop or desktop they usually use for work.

swishtag(dot)com is my website. Have a look and tell me how I can make improvements with mobile optimization. I have used multiple plugins too to optimize it but performance is not so good.

Only you, or your experienced developers, can see the coding of the website. We can’t. So we can’t see what you did to make it slow and what you can do better. We only see the result, and I didn’t find that particularly slow.
