How can you format Cdrive in W2K Server?

I have a RAID5 array with 5 partitions (C-D-E-F-G drives)with different sizes on a W2K-Server.
I wanted to format the “C:” partition and do a fresh W2K-server installation on the “C:” drive without loosing the data on the other drives.
