How check remotely the applications on a PC

By fcampos_z ·
Hi,
Recently I have many complains about the latency of the network, and I realize that the users start to install IM programs. I need to check remotely which programs has the PC installed. This will be very useful because I give support for 3 different cities.
Thanks in advance for your answers.

Tools & Scripts May Help

If I had the time I would give you a script that you could run against these pc's to pull all of the .exe's off of them however there are some better methods you could use. Here is a link to a "free" program that will do an inventory for you.

Free hardware and software inventory for windows networks

You can probably find out a lot more information by searching on "application inventory" software as well.

ood Luck
