I am using Word97 as my email editor in Outlook98. I had a signature (*.dot) template that was working fine. Then my phone number changed. I’ve edited every signature that I can find and the change is in effect for all formats except the REPLY/FORWARD option. There the signature still shows the old phone number, but the same(?) signature for new messages has the correct/new phone number…
