How do I copy my outlook calendar

By pkak1978 ·
I have just purchased a new laptop and have successfully moved all my files from my old laptop unto this machine. I am however having difficulties copying my fully customised calendar in outlook to this new laptop. I am using MS Office 2000 Professional. Can any one Please help. I have scheduled so many appointments on the old one that it will take me weeks to reset them all over on my new laptop.
Thanks
Peter.

All the information should be in your .PST file.

hi

quite straightforward..........

ON YOUR EXISTING PC:
file, import/export
export to file
select calendar & make sure sub folders is checked
select .PST
select destination to save to
your calendar will be copied

ON YOUR LAPTOP:

file, import/export
import from file
select location
import

DONE.

Thanks Matrixcsl your solution worked to perfection. My problem is now solved. I believe sgt. Shultz and Dklippert had earlier on suggested the same solution but their they did not provide enough step by step details as to how to get it done. Matrixcsl solution was detailed and very easy to follow.
Thanks to all who helped I will recommend that Matrixcsl be awarded the entire points that I placed on this question.
