I just finished my associate degree in client/server programming (vb, sql server, ado, some asp) and am having a tough time finding a job. I would like to go the web programmer route, but the few interviews I have managed to get tell me I need moreskills (experience). I live in Microsoft country, and have been told that finding a job anywhere else would be a snap, but there is too much competition here. Help! What are some job desc. for entry level, or keywords, and what other suggestions do you have?
