How do I find my NT Product ID?

I have a few NT 4.0 servers. I am updating my records and wanting to know if there is a way I can go into my server and find the NT product id(the id on the certificate of authenticity). I no longer have the Microsoft NT manual. If I would have to reinstall NT I am stuck….now what?
