How do I get hands on experience?

Hi Everyone!
I am going to take my A+ exams in the next week or so, and I will need to find a job, part/full time. I’m currently self-employed in the landscape construction industry with over 13 years of operating my own business. The only exerience I have in this field is working on my own systems at home/business, troubleshooting, upgrading, and building from old computers. What kind of places should I be looking at to get the additional hands-on that I need?
