How do I get SBS 2003 R2 to accept more than 2 RDP connections?

I am new to the SBS environment and currently running an application that is networkable and have 10 CALs on SBS 2003 R2. It has 4GB RAM and 2+ GHz proccesor.

I need to get more than the 2 default RDP connections to work at a time.

Is there a configuration setting that I missed to fix this? If so, can you help?
