How do I install a network printer to mu

Sometimes I have to add a new system to an existing network with multiple users. When I add a new machine, is there a way I can add a network printer so that it shows up on all users?
So far the only answer I have found is that local printers showup on all users but networked printers show up only on the profile it was installed on.

That would work but isn’t very practical in a large network environment.

Create a local printer port on the workstation(s).

When adding a new printer on the workstation:

choose the “local printer” option and uncheck the option to auto detect the printer and install drivers.

when prompted for a port to use, go for the “create new port” option, and choose “Local Port”.

when prompted for the port name, use the path to the printer. i.e. \\serverName\printerShareName

this option is good but I ended up using the profile option instead.

When setting up the pc under the administrator account install all your network printers and software that the users will need. Then copy the profile from under Documents and Settings for the Administrator to the profile for Default user. then when you add the users and they log in they will get the defaults from under the default users profile and they will have all the printers and apps done installed
