How do I ???? part deux

Okay,
Because of the very talented people, (and the amount of points I give, but mainly the talented people)I get the answers I need, but this one s driving me crazy. My database is up and running and accepting info from the Project Managers, but the lead PM wants to have his reports outputed into an Excel spreadsheet. The form is simple enough with columns for PM name, Project name, columns for the Follow up dates, then a column for the Start Date of the project, and the Completion date of the Project. My question is how do I get the information from the Access database into the Excel Spreadsheet?
