There is a message in queue on my Exchange server, and before I stop it from being sent, I want to read it.

How do I do that?

There is no way that I know of to read the contents of a message in the queue. You can only see the header.

You can go to the x:\exchsrvr\imcdata\out\ folder and you should see a file or files with a name such as N1v3wqyb. These are emails waiting in the queue. Open this file with Notepad and you’ll see the message.
