How do I wrap text in Outlook Calendar?

In the weekly view of the Calendar in Outlook XP I have a number of long entries. When I try and print the Calendar the text isn’t wrapped so consequently I cannot see the whole entry. Any ideas how I can get around this? Cheers

This works for home. However, I may need to use it in a corporate environment where non-standard programs are frowned upon-sorry, should have mentioned that in the original question. Thanks for the feedback though

I do not think you can do what you want.

However, your problem is only limited to when you view your calendar in Month view.on the Calendar toolbar, you will see the buttons: Day, Work Week, Week, and Month. When viewing the calendar under Day and Week options, you should be able to see all your text.

As far as printing, when you go to File-> Print, you can modify page styles, which will allow you to view all text in your schedule, and you can modify page settings to reduce your font sizein hopes that it fits on the page when you print a month.

Thanks for the feedback. Unfortunately I have tried to modify the print settings but have had no luck

Have you tried printing in Landscape?
You may also want to remove the Taskpad and Notepad to allow more room.
