How do I…Omit empty fields from my access report?

by paulpiv . Updated 18 years, 3 months ago

Hello, I hope someone can help me with this issue I am having with Access. I have a table with various data fields. Some of the fields do not have information in them so they are blank. When I generate a report with the Report Wizard, I want to include the field ONLY IF THERE IS INFORMATION in them, and OMIT THE FIELDS IF EMPTY. I also want to adjust the formatting so that if the field is empty, the height of the space for the variable field (which is directly under a field that is always present) is reduced.

Any ideas people? Thanks a lot.
