Anyone, who have experience with working on trip with own laptop, can you, please, share the tools you use to keep your data secured? I have been using VPN (such as NordVPN Teams) and remote desktop at the same time, they worked quite well…But, oh well, I had some problems with remote desktop, so thinking to stay only with a VPN. Do you think it’s enough or you would suggest to add something more?

      Remaining safe while traveling.

While on road I keep facing issues with passwords. It’s not safe to save all the passwords on desktop, email. So I use Passpack to organize all my passwords. It’s very easy and safe to access Passpack from anywhere. The second tool is VPN, offcourse I have to use vpn while traveling as from time to time I have to use Public wifi and we all know public wifi is the breeding ground of cybercriminals. Some times I am in those countries where I can’t access my favorite content and services due to geo-restrictions so again I have to use vpn. All paid vpns are good until unless they are free. I have use Nordvpn, PureVPN and ExpressVPN they are all exceptionally good. Third tool is Google Docs. On the go, I don’t have to worry whether my device corrupts or whether my documents are safe or not. All my data is safe on the Google Docs and I can access them from anywhere. I hope this helps you 🙂
