How Mappoint Licensing Works?

Is it possible to setup Mappoint on one PC and have multiple users? Is it possible to setup Mappoint with one license on multiple pcs, but have one person at a time use the software? Is it possible to setup Mappoint (1 license) on multiple pcs andseveral users accesses at the same time?
