How to access wifi on a pc extremely far from router?

I moved to a new apartment and I cant use my ethernet wifi extender as I did in my last house. The router is in a garden apartment at the bottom of the garden and I am on the top floor of the main building so way too far to connect. My landlord is using wifi extenders for us to connect in the building. (the extender is on the floor below me but it looks like there are no buttons or slots to stick anything into it).
is there any other way around this?

Hey, I’m a bit confused about the question but I think I can help. Is the wireless extender from the landlord broadcasting?
