How to add a disclaimer note in Exch?

Hello,

I would like to find out how I can include a disclaimer note in every outgoing message from the Exchange server?

Do I need a third party software to do this or does Exchange Server 2000 have this option built-in?

I would appreciate any feedback from anyone.
