How to add a I’m online(offline) link.

I’ve seen links in people’s e-mail signatures that have an icon that says I’m online, or I’m offline for ICQ. I was wondering if there was such a thing for AIM and Yahoo messenger and Windows messenger as well. Also, Can anyone give me the html that is required to add the icq link?
