how to alter dial in phone numbers

I use Red Hat Linux 6.0 as my internet/mail server. I want help on how to change the phone numbers for dialing to my Internet service provider. Which commands do I use on the Linux server.

If you are dialing from the GUI look in the menu for programs, internet, Dialup Configuration. Change the number there. If the system is automatically dialing the number should be stored in /etc/wvdial.conf. You can use vi /etc/wvdial.conf to edit the number.
